Getting a young person back to school isn't always as simple as getting them through the school gate. Our Attendance Navigators are finding different ways to build confidence, connection and belonging for tamariki, rangatahi and whānau.

Giving Tuesday 2025 brought together schools, businesses, and community supporters to provide care and practical support for rangatahi. Together, the community helped Te Tahi Youth create 100 Christmas goodie bags for young people.

Te Tahi Youth and Te Puawaitanga ki Ōtautahi Trust are working together at Eastgate to make youth healthcare more accessible, bringing services closer to rangatahi and strengthening support pathways across the community.

Emily is running 42km to support young people across Ōtautahi, turning her own experience with mental health and wellbeing into a powerful message of hope, connection, and support.
