For some of the young people supported by our Transition from Care team, birthdays haven't always been something to celebrate. Some have never received a birthday present. Some don't even know their exact date of birth.
Your gift helps change that.
A $30 donation gives our Transition Kaimahi the resources to choose a thoughtful birthday present for a young person they work with. It might be something they've been wanting, something practical, or simply something that lets them know someone has thought about them.
